How do I cancel my order?

Vliveastro dispatches order as soon as we receive it. You will get a confirmation mail and message from our customer support. In case you wish to cancel the order, go to our website and in the order section, you can select the order which you want to can and can cancel it. In case your order is prepaid, we will refund the money to your account in 7 working days from the day of cancellation. If you have placed multiple orders then you can select the order that you want to cancel.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Vliveastro dispatches order as soon as we receive it, but you will get the order within 7 working days. In case there is a delay in delivering you will get an email and message from our end.

Does Vliveastro inform about the time and date of delivering?

Vliveastro believes in high-end customer service and hence, we keep you posted on the status of your order. You will get a message stating the date and time of delivery.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

Do not worry, we will call you and ask you about the time you will be available at your place so that we can schedule delivery.

What if I receive a damaged product or in case any product is missing ?

We request you to check the parcel once you receive it, if you find any item missing or damaged, we request you to go to our website and request a return or exchange. You can also call us between 9AM and 7PM .

What if I receive someone less order?

With Vliveastro the chances of such confusion are minuscule but in case you receive a wrong parcel. Write to us for the exchange of parcel.

How do I place my order?

Visit our website vliveastro.com and select the product you to want to buy, add to the cart. Finally checkout and select the payment option.

What is the duration of the course offered by Vliveastro?

The duration of the course is 1 year.

What will be the mode of course?

Vliveastro organizes online astrology learning classes.

If I wish to add more products to the already placed order, can I do that ?

We apologise, once you have placed an order you cannot add the product to it. You need to place a new order for the new product.

What if the desired product is out of stock?

In case, the product is out of stock, you will be informed via mail about the date of availability of the product or you can check our website to keep yourself updated.

Do you send the invoice of the product along with the product?

Yes, we send the invoice along with the product.

What if my parcel gets misplaced?

In case the parcel gets misplaced, we will conduct follow a standard investigation process which involves searching the product details, tracking the courier and reason for misplacement. This normally takes 3- to 5 days. After that, the product will be re-shipped to your address.
